Experience Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on a day trip from Zadar. Listen to interesting stories about Croatia before arriving at the park.
Make your way to the meeting point in the morning and meet your guide and group for the day. Enjoy a brief introduction and start driving out of the city, admiring the Croatian countryside on your way to the park.
When you arrive at the park, your adventure begins with a panoramic train ride through lush green trees, offering beautiful views of the lakes.
Next, we explore the upper lakes and their stunning waterfalls. Afterward, we take a scenic boat ride to the lower lakes, where you’ll have the chance to discover even more natural beauty.
The experience ends at the majestic Big Waterfall — a breathtaking sight that will leave you with a memory to last a lifetime.
After returning to Zadar, explore the Old Town area with an optional guided walking tour that you can take any day during your stay at 6:30 PM.
Start: Zadar (old town) – 07:30 am
Stop At: Borje restaurant 09:30-10:00am
Have free time for toilet food and drinks
Stop At: Plitvice National Park from 10:30 – appx 03:00 pm
Finsih at: Zadar around 05:30 pm
The tour includes approximately 9km (6 miles) of walking on uneven surfaces
- We recommend that participants bring warm clothing as Plitvice tends to be colder than Zadar.
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level to participate in this tour
- Swimming inside the Plitvice Lakes National Park is not allowed
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Depending on the weather conditions, some parts of the park may be restricted

Esperienza veramente da fare, il parco è bellissimo, grande e ben organizzato, gli organizzatori del tour pensano a tutto, dal trasporto in autobus ( super comodo) ai biglietti del parco, non sarebbe stato così bello senza la nostra super guida Filip super preparato, attento e solare, Zadar in & out assolutamente da consigliare, ultima chicca al ritorno hai un giro per zara compreso nel costo del biglietto.
We were guided by Filip. Their office was easy to find as well. The whole trip to Plitvice was very well organised. At every point, Filip ensured that the whole group was present. He did things a lil differently as we started from entrance 2 to ended in 1. He kept the big attraction for the last and it certainly was wonderful. He also created WhatsApp group to ensure we're all well informed. Throughly enjoyed our trip with Zadar In and Out with Filip as our guide. Hooghly recommend.
